What OYO Does
Own Your OCD is an online clinical psychology service that offers evidence based therapies such as CBT and ERP, specialising in presentations where they may not have led to the outcomes hoped for, or where other issues complicate treatment.

OYA Approach
As well as the standard evidence based approaches of cognitive behavioural therapy and exposure response prevention, OYO also offers lesser known evidence based treatments such as metacognitive therapy and inference based therapy.
OCD often presents in individuals who are neurodiverse, and with extensive experience and skills in autism support, and ADHD diagnosis and treatment, OYO can offer highly specialist intervention.
