What Is OCD?
Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) is a mental health condition characterised by persistent, intrusive thoughts (obsessions) and repetitive behaviours or mental acts (compulsions) performed to reduce anxiety. It can develop quietly, and slowly interfere with many areas of life including relationships, health, finance and employment. It is treatable and does not have to have the last say on your happiness.
